Lior i have requested to be Google Analytics installed on my portal with help desk ticket last week and i sent the code u might have remember Now when i check the page source it displays wrong google account inserted "UA-166817-1" UA-166817-1 account is not my account Pls change the tracking code with the right one. Im going to send the original code with email pls install it asap Thanks And i hope u ll fix the help desk module

What exactly is not working on the Help Desk ? I saw the last post was from the 25 of may, where you say that you will post the JavaScript code for Google Analytics. There was no update, and just yesterday on the 29 I got it by mail. It will take up to 24 hours to update.

well i sent the tracking code a few days ago but i doubt who insterted this account into my portal "UA-166817-1" is not belong to me pls change it as soon as possible btw in help desk page im receving following message In order to use the Help Desk you must be Subscribed to the site to one of our Premium Portals Plans. Edit : its fixed now i think

There is a tracking code on all pages to gather statistics for DotNetNuke-Portal.com. Your code will be added as well as part of your monthly change to a skin you entitled to as a premium portal owner - both of the codes can be together with no problems.

i dont want another person tracks my portal without my permission pls delete the UA-166817-1 account on my portal and place my account id instead of it

This can't be deleted. It is a code in the default.aspx of the portal system. (It's not within your own skin - it is renderd for each page viewed on any site) We must get statistics on all the sites in the system.

you should have notify your subscribers cus we r paying money but another person tracking our portals in my opinion its strange

I will make a note about it for the users, but just know that every site building system tracks all the sites created by her (GeoCities etc.) Statistics is the only way we can know what is going on in the system. By the way regarding the competiton - using statistics we can track and see if the user created entries using his own IP or not and actually all the lists that you see of the most visited portals and latest updates are all collected from statistics - we even had a statistics page with graphs of the use on all portals.
